Charity efforts
Another integral part of Playtech’s culture is our charity efforts. Just this year, with the support of charitable foundation ‘Relief Ship’, we supported an initiative to enhance the living conditions and well-being of vulnerable and elderly people in Ukraine who have been affected by poverty and loneliness. The focus was on the ‘Elderly House – Dnipro Geriatric House’, one of the largest care homes in Ukraine, which houses 600 elderly residents with physical and mental disabilities.
The Gibraltar office also held an employee ‘pub quiz’ to raise money for individuals suffering with their mental health. While in Israel, the Playtech team helped pack school supplies for children in need. In Cyprus, the team organised a special tree planting event to raise money to support hospital patients.
