Playtech Bulgaria is a fully owned subsidiary of Playtech Software. Established in 2006 it is already one of the leading software development companies in Bulgaria. In the beginning of 2011 Playtech Bulgaria moved to the office in the European Trade Center, next to The Mall on Tzarigradsko shose Blvd., Sofia! In 2017 the office of the company was fully renovated to meet the top-class standards of Playtech as a leading IT employer. Our team is growing all the time and we count on each of our employees to help us succeed!

CSR - Playtech Bulgaria

At Playtech we believe in sustainability, and we try to implement its principles in everything we do, including our CSR initiatives. Building playgrounds, scholarships, planting trees, donating clothes, collecting bottle caps, cooking charity breakfast, Christmas Angel campaign… You name it. Legendary Teambuilding and Parties

Every year we have a 3-day getaway with teambuilding games, good food, drinks, music, and laughter. We also have a big Christmas party, a Halloween party, Pizza days, a pool party, a family BBQ, and many other occasional team gatherings.

Playtech Managed Services is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Our office is located on the 17th floor of a brand-new building with a 360 degrees panoramic view of the city and Vitosha mountain, a 2300 meters high landmark, only 15 minutes away from the city.

Playtech Managed Services specializes in providing customer service, sports trading, and risk management to leading gaming platforms worldwide. Our customer support services are delivered by highly skilled teams of industry professionals with leading response times. Our expert customer service teams are there to guide customers through the entire gaming journey. We place our operators and their players at the heart of everything we do and, in doing so, ensure every query and issue is heard and dealt with appropriately.

Events - Playtech Managed Services

Playtech Managed Services is all about social activities and having fun with our team members. We are well-known for throwing memorable parties, teambuilding events, and functions. Large functions are a great way to celebrate our success and recognize employees through the recognition award ceremonies that take place during such events. There are also pleanty of smaller thematic events happening monthly. These are dedicated to exploring different cultures at the company, interests, and hobbies, such as cooking or crafts, playing games and trivia, or celebrating a particular holiday together. Mental health events take place at least twice a year since we believe it is essential to talk about mental health at work. In addition, we host business events such as Town Halls meetings and Business unit update meetings. Last, but not least regular fundraising and charity activities are also initiated regularly not only on a company basis but also on a team basis. The company develops initiatives and makes donations aimed at assisting people with disabilities, children in need and other vulnerable populations.
