Our strength is in our team spirit and genuine calling to give back to community. Our employees are proud of being a part of something big and meaningful for their hearts. We actively participate in different kinds of charities supporting kids, teenagers, seniors and animals. Starting from organizing gifts, supplies, leading fun events up to being a long-term supporter of international project for youth education in IT field. Over the past year we are proud to say that we have made Christmas wishes come true for 46 families and 118 kids, as well as contributed to organizing gifts for 1600 kids from special needs schools across Latvia.
Events
We work hard but never forget to “stop and smell the flowers”! There are various events for our Employees to enjoy throughout the year. We have surprise lunches, Team building events, annual Company events like Company anniversary, New Year’s celebration, Summer sport games as well as special educational and fun events on Diversity and inclusion and Mental Health awareness. We also enjoy our creative and wild side by having breathtaking celebrations on the roof terrace of our building with most famous Latvian bands and DJs.
Learning & Development
In addition to various wellbeing activities, we also support our employees’ professional development, we organize various trainings both locally and globally. These trainings cover a wide range of topics and are tailored to meet the specific needs of our employees and the company. From technical and functional skills training to leadership development and soft skills training, we offer a diverse range of workshops that help our employees further enhance their knowledge and skills.
